ANy one out enjoy grilling. Especially during the summer time on esome of these beautiful days. I have a very nice gas grill, and I have a ruber glove that covers up to the elbow and can resist heat up to 400 Degrees. It's come in handy and has made me feel comfortable grilling anything. I bought a remote meet thermometer that talks and can set it and be alerted when I need to flip and take off. TI've been grilling now for the past few summers and absolutely love it.
Sunday I grilled some chops. I seasoned them for 4 hours and then allowed them to marinade in a suauce made of apple juice brown sugar Honey mustard and wirster shyer sauce. We cooked 20 chops for a dozen folks and had 1 and a half left!
